Reliable Test Estimation |
| Ruud Teunissen, POLTEQ IT Services | |
How do you estimate your test effort? And how reliable is that estimate? Ruud Teunissen presents a practical and useful test estimation technique directly related to the maturity of your test and development process. A reliable effort estimation approach requires five basic elements: (1) Strategy – Determine what to test (performance, functionality, etc.) and how thoroughly it must be tested. (2) Size – Yes, it does matter—not only the size of the system but also the scope of your tests. (3) Expected Quality – What factors have been established to define quality? (4) Infrastructure and Tools – Define how fast you can test. Without the proper organizational support and the necessary tools, you’ll need time you may not have. (5) Productivity – How experienced and efficient is your team? Join Ruud to improve your test estimations and achieve more realistic goal setting and test strategies. Knud will show the whole flow from a Business Process Model (BPM) diagram into Requirement(s). Then into test cases and linking theese back to the BPM. Executing the tests from a test set and reporting a defect. Throughout Knud will show the relationships and how everything ties together. ALM QC |

Agil test tilgang |
| Michael Roar Borlund, Cognizant Technology Solutions | |
Hvad er agilitet? Hvordan defineres agil test tilgang? Agile Test Approach |

End-to-End Testing: from ad hoc towards a test level, especially in the Cloud |
| Ruud Teunissen, POLTEQ IT Services | |
IT constantly increases its ability to rapidly implement new features and changes to support the continuous changing business needs. This is pushed further ahead by creating applications from available and new services (including web services, and services that encapsulate legacy systems) and increased flexibility enabled by SOA, Cloud, and Sourcing. QA & Test are pushed towards the End: all pieces have to connect and work together to provide the required services to the business. In this presentation Ruud shares with you his experiences in how to deliver the End-to End test service you need to provide: integrated, production like, automated, continuous running, end-to-end. The service covers the full application landscape. Find answers to the questions: Who is responsible? Who provides the funding? Who develops, executes, maintains the automated test scripts? Who provides the test environment & data? How do we resolve issues and bugs (responsibility)? Join Ruud to learn how to stand up to the challenge of End-to End testing. E2E especially in the cloud |

Testautomatiseringens arkitektur(er) |
| Jesper Mortensen, Sketenty | |
Automatiseringens arkitektur |

Extending QC and QTP beyond Software Testing |
| Gary Wilson & Robin Jackson, Qualisystems | |
We are surrounded by software in an increasing technological world. When much of this software is resident on consumer devices such as phones and laptops, it is easy to forget that many such devices are supported by highly complex network infrastructures and electronics hardware. Without a reliable network, circuit board or chip, such devices would be worthless. Extending QC and QTP beyond Software Testing |
